What to expect
This weekly class will leave you feeling refreshed and relaxed with an hour of slow flow asana practice, followed by a juicy long Shavasana and balancing Pranayama. The asana practice is suitable for yogis of all levels, regardless of whether you're new to yoga or have been practicing for a while. I give you detailed cues for each pose, helping beginners get the alignment right from the start and perhaps help experienced yogis explore poses in more depth. It's a gentle full body workout with varying focus each week. The Pranayama techniques can also vary, but are always explained, demonstrated and safe to practice at home. Total class duration 75-90 minutes. You can use your 5 class pass for this class. Set up: Place your device at the top end of your yoga mat, so you can easily see me without turning your head to the side all the time. If you have a yoga block, bring it along too and place it within easy reach.
