What to expect
Awaken and align your body and mind with this gentle vinyasa slow flow class. Start your day with intention, stretch your body and focus your mind. This class is perfect for beginners, but also suitable for experienced yogis. I use a lot of detailed cues in my teaching, to help you get the alignment right from the start and explore poses more deeply as you grow in your practice. We will awaken your whole body, giving you energy for the day and peace and relaxation for your mind. You can use your 5 class pass for this class. Set up: Place your device at the top end of your yoga mat, so you can easily see me without turning your head to the side all the time. If you have a yoga block, bring it along too and place it within easy reach.
