What to expect
Align your body and your breath in this gentle vinyasa flow class. Suitable for beginners, we move and stretch, gently flowing through sun salutations, standing poses, a bit of balancing and hip opening, releasing tension. A few poses to strengthen the back muscles, a little twisting here and there, and then we relax together in Shavasana, the ultimate rest for body and mind. Join me every Monday at lunchtime. Bring your yoga mat and optionally a block. You can use your Class Pass to book this session.
